"Pretty solid food for a ski day"
The food was good... better than I was expecting for a place on the hill. The fries came out hot, the coffee was totally fine, and yeah, the prices were a little high, but... that's kind of what you expect at a ski spot. The lines moved along okay too. I'd eat there again.

"Lessons felt a little rushed, honestly"
We booked ski and snowboard lessons for our kids, and... it was just okay. The instructor seemed nice, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the group was big and the kids didn’t really get much one-on-one help. The start felt kind of rushed and a bit disorganized too, which didn’t help. For what we paid, I guess I expected a little more attention and structure. Not a terrible experience, just not something we’d probably book again here

"Great variety of runs for the day"
I’ve been to Mount St. Louis a few times now, and what I really like is the mix of trails. There are nice, easier runs that are perfect for warming up or taking it slow at the start, but there are also enough steeper sections to make things fun once you’re ready to pick up the pace. I especially appreciate that the layout gives you plenty of options, so it never feels like you’re just looping the same run over and over all day.

"Staff were honestly so friendly"
Had a really good day at Mount St Louis. The staff were nice pretty much everywhere, from the parking lot right over to the lifts. It was our first time there so we were a bit unsure where to go, and one guy helped us out without making it awkward or anything. Everyone just seemed super chill and easygoing, which makes the whole day feel a lot smoother...

"Smooth ski rental with no surprises"
I rented skis and boots for the day and, it was a easy experience. The staff got us set up quickly, and I made sure to check the fit and condition before heading out because I don’t like dealing with issues later. Everything looked clean, fit well, and the price seemed fair. No hassle, no weird surprises, just a straightforward rental.

"Felt safe here all day"
The patrol came around often, which was nice. I was there with the kids and felt safe the whole time, no worries really.

"Grooming was seriously solid this time"
I felt kind of pressured to get out there early because everyone kept saying the conditions were finally good, but they were right. The runs felt great after the fresh grooming, not icy in the morning, and they stayed smooth way longer than I expected. It ended up making the whole day a lot more fun. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Honestly, the crowds were handled really well"
In the end, I was impressed. There were a ton of people, but the lines kept moving faster than I expected, and the staff did a good job keeping everything calm and organized.

"Fun for the kids, but don’t expect much help"
We took the family here and the kids had a great time, so I can’t complain too much. The only downside was the lines were long, and I didn’t really feel like customer service was going to do much about anything if we had an issue. Still, it ended up being a decent day out for the kids.

"I went on a busy weekend, so..."
I went on a busy weekend, so I expected the place to be a bit messy. But the lodge, washrooms, and eating area were all still clean. There were a few wet spots by the doors, probably because people were coming in and out, but nothing major. Overall, they seem to stay on top of cleaning, and it shows

"Fun park with a couple rough spots"
Fun. The park was a good time overall, and the rails were solid. Smooth in most places, though there were a few rough spots here and there. Still, I’d ride it again.

"Really helpful staff"
Had a problem with my tickets. Of course, right when I didn’t need the extra stress. Called customer service and they sorted it out quickly. The person on the phone was super friendly too. Calm, helpful, no hassle. made the whole day feel a lot less stressful.

I went last weekend, and the snow was solid from start to finish. It never really got icy, so the runs stayed easy and fun all day. Made the whole trip feel effortless.

"Way easier parking than I expected"

"Lift lines got kinda crazy"
Had a fun day overall, not gonna lie. But after lunch the lift lines started getting kinda annoying. It wasn’t awful or anything, just felt like we were standing around way too much instead of actually riding.

"We grabbed day tickets for Mount St..."
We grabbed day tickets for Mount St. Louis, the price seemed reasonable compared to a few other hills we looked at. It’s definitely not what I’d call cheap, but for the number of runs we got in, it felt worth it. Booking online was super easy too, which was a nice bonus.
